Carol likes to get involved in the community which she lives in. For 3 years she was on the board of the Juneau Lyric Opera, she also spent many years in Rotary Club. She is now involved with the Salt Lake City Chamber of Commerce, Women in Business. This is proving to be a fun-filled group to be involved with. With both locations it keeps Carol busy with travel and work. In her spare time, she loves to hike, bike and walk the trails with her dogs; and catch up on her girl-friend time.
Carol’s credentials include being a Women Owned Small Business, and a member to the ASID. She is also versed with 18 years of experience in space planning, layout, and design for office spaces.
As a small business in a particular location I think it is important to be involved in the community and help support the community that helps our small business succeed. So our company has been a strong supporter of local high school events, local arts and humanities, and various other local charities. Dan has been involved in the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, President of the Alaska Youth Choir Board, and participated in several musical productions with our daughter Sarah. The beginning of 2013, Xerox Corp. asked if we would expand our agency to Salt Lake City and March 2013 we opened our doors in the historic Crane Building at 300 West 200 South.
Representing an iconic American company that Xerox Corporation has been very rewarding throughout the years. It is fun for me to be able to become familiar with a wide variety of businesses and organizations, developing a working relationship that teaches me their operations and document needs and sharing with them ways that Xerox technology can make their operations more efficient, producitive, and better value. I look forward to meeting and establishing that same long-term working relationship with new and non-Xerox companies and organizations.
Jamie’s career has been characterized by her exceptional customer service and passion for what she does. “Our customers deserve my very best.”
In 2011 she became a student ambassador for the People to People youth program and traveled to six European countries while learning about the history and culture of the area. In 2012 she was a part of a similar program called EF tours where she was able to visit six different eastern-bloc European countries while learning about the history of WW1. While in high school Sarah enjoyed being a part of the Chamber Choir and traveling around Southeast Alaska for music festivals. Spring of 2013, she graduated Juneau-Douglas High School and was accepted into the University of Utah as a pre-nursing major and was also accepted into the School of Music.
Sarah has recently moved to Salt Lake City and began working for her parents as a receptionist at The Competitive Edge Office Systems, Inc while attending college. One of her favorite things about Salt Lake is all of the outdoor recreation and she is very excited to experience it all, most of all, skiing!
